Abstract

One of the alternative energy source that can be developed is the Wind Power Plant. The need for electrical energy that continues to increase, it takes not a little time to build a power plant. System planners must also be able to see the possibilities of the development of the power system in the years to come. Indonesia is a country that has abundant energy resources, one of which is a source of wind energy. Indonesia which is an archipelagic country and one of the countries located on the equator is a factor, that Indonesia has abundant wind energy potential. In this study the output that produced is a renewable energy product, which is a power plant product in the coastal area. In the previous study a low-speed permanent magnet generator has been produced which can be driven by wind turbines which will be continued through the design of vertical type wind turbines. The results of this study can then be developed, especially for electricity generation products in the coastal region. In the process of planning and manufacturing vertical type wind turbines, to produce enough power to meet household electricity needs should be based on several factors that support the effectiveness of the power produced by the turbine, namely: Turbine Dimensions (Length and Blade Width), Material Strength , Shaft, Bearing and Generator Shaft

Abstract

In this era, practical, effectiveness andsafety in activities are the necessities anddemands of life where almost all people makeit a priority in their lives. Effectiveness inactivities will be obtained by the availability oftechnology that supports it all. Various effortshave been made by humans to make neatclothes so as to create a clean impression andsupport various activities, an example of theresults of human efforts that are widely used toovercome this is by using an iron. In addition,the majority of the equipment still requiresmanual operation. Apart from the practicalside, but does not eliminate the safety side. Sohere the author is interested in conductingresearch on the practicality of use which islater expected to make the use of irons moreefficient, practical and safe. The measuredparameter is how the DS18B20 temperaturesensor functions as a temperature responsereceiver that sends a signal to the temperaturesensor module which will activate ordeactivate the iron through a smartphone. Theresults of this study that the device is able tosend a signal to the smartphone and if thetemperature produced by the iron exceeds themaximum limit a warning sign will appear onthe smartphone, and the user can operate theiron online and remotely using a smartphone.The speed of response received by the tool isalso to be forwarded to the iron or smartphoneis also in accordance with needs

Abstract

Ultrasonic proximity sensor with a bluetooth headset is a tool that aims to minimize the number of accidents that often occur on the highway. With the aim of the importance of a tool that supports safety in carrying out activities in our daily lives, we drive. Ultrasonic proximity sensor with bluetooth headset has advantages in usage such as comfort, safety, and practicality. The method used in making this tool after finding the root of the problems that have been faced becomes an inspiration that is developed into a solution as outlined in a draft safety tool. For the development of this tool, it needs to be tested or monitored on the highway that is prone to accidents as a tool to improve this tool to function as a security tool. Improvement of this tool also requires a short time, in achieving improvement becomes a tool that can remind when driving. If our vehicle uses this tool, the road is prone to frequent accidents, being controlled by the distance that will be reminded through the sound coming out of the bluetooth headset.

Abstract

Abstrack - Optimal temperature and humidity greatly affect the growth of oyster mushrooms. Cultivation of oyster mushrooms in kumbung is an attempt to control the optimal temperature and humidity for fungal growth. Periodic manual watering was felt to be less effective in controlling temperature and humidity in mushroom kumbung. Current technological developments provide the potential to create automatic control systems to control temperature and humidity in mushroom kumbung. Therefore, in this research, a controller is designed to control temperature and humidity in kumbung mushroom automatically based on a microcontroller. This shows that the control system designed is able to control the temperature and humidity in the mushroom kumbung automatically
